Oooh yeah! Hielke has whipped up a brand spankin' new dish and it's as dreamy as bed on a rainy day. Meet Hielkes: Chcken in coconut milk – just as sweet and traditional as he is, based on a recipe of Mridula Baljekar.
To begin, he's made a rich, silky sauce from scratch with shredded coconut, coconutmilk, garlic & spices. Next, he's ladled the sauce over the stir fried chicken, and the slow-clap begins.
Now, Indian dishes and Coriander are an inseparable couple, so we sprankled some on top and put some essential veggies at the side. With white rice, of course.
