Standard with 250 gr. Jasmin rice, 125 gr. Crispy Pork Belly, 125 gr. Sweet and sour Tomato sauce, 50 gr.
A lot of work to cook this lovely dish, but...with great results! The Pork Belly.... first cooked, then marinated overnight to give the flavours time to infuse the meat. The next day we roast the Belly on our Big Green Egg to get the crispy bite. That táste! Give it a try! it's SO nice!
